ZCTAs are Census-defined geographic areas that approximate USPS ZIP code delivery routes. They are not exact matches to USPS ZIP codes, and boundaries may differ. Property tax figures are median values based on survey responses, not exact amounts for any specific property. Effective tax rates are derived by dividing median property tax paid by median home value and are approximations.

Government data is used under public-domain or open-license terms as specified by each source agency.
